Charter Smart Living Limited (abbreviated name: CHARTER SMART), an affiliated company of Charter Lift Limited (established in 2006), have been operating since 2019. Together, we provide lifecycle service of engineering solutions including but not limited to retractable seating, service lift, barrier free access equipment as well as patient hoist system.
卓德智慧裝置有限公司 （簡稱：卓德智慧）自2019年營運至今，為 駿達利富有限公司（創立於2006年）的姊妹公司。我們提供的全生命周期產品服務包括伸縮看台座椅、無障礙升降台、天花移位吊具等通行設備。

Those include main contractors BUILDKING, international school, and the HKGOV Leisure and Cultural Services Department and Hospital Authority.

Dr. Edward Tsang
The Director of Charter Lift and Charter Smart Living Limited
Dr Tsang has over 30 years business experience in the lift and engineering service industry. He is a professional manager recognized by the Hong Kong Management Association and a Chartered Building Engineer elected by the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE). He also possesses occupational safety and health qualification under IOSH and HKBU (a professional diploma i.e. PDOSH). He is also currently serving as a trainer for Hong Kong Vocational Training Council (VTC).
Right after his graduation at CUHK, he have joined KONE elevators, a world-renowned multinational elevator manufacturer in service operations and marketing for 15 years. He then handed over his general manager position in 2004 and founded his own business in engineering services.
As a pioneer in the development and modernization of lift and escalator business in Hong Kong, he introduces the space-saving "eco-disc" permanent magnet synchronous motor technology. Also in 2017, Dr. Tsang presented
as speaker of a 30-hour continuing professional development (CPD) course for a class of senior lift engineers, making continuous contribution to the elevator industry in which he started his career. His cooperation with GARAVENTA lift dated to 2003, worked with KOTOBUKI JAPAN since 2015 on seating projects, and partnered with OPEMED to develop patient hoist system in hospital expansion projects since 2019. In 2023, he and the senior management of SAVARIA join hands in an Asia Pacific initiative to bring leading accessibility products to general households with property developers.
曾博士過往於升降機及工程服務領域擁有逾 30年的資深經驗。他是為 香港管理專業協會認可的專業經理、 英國特許建造工程師協會（CABE） 認可的特許建築工程師，亦持有 英國職業安全與健康協會（IOSH）認可的職安健資格、和 香港浸會大學的職業安全及健康專業文憑。與此同時，他亦正擔任職業訓練局（VTC）的授課導師。他從香港中文大學畢業後，加入了國際知名升降機設備製造商 KONE ELEVATORS 的營運與市場部門，任職長達15年。直至 2004年，他辭去總經理的職務自行創業，繼續服務於工程界。 作爲本地升降機及電梯行業的早期發展者和現代化的先行者，他曾經引入節省空間的 ECO DISC 永磁同步馬達技術。2017年，他有幸為一衆高級工程師主講30小時的持續專業發展課程。他亦是自2003年起與 GARAVENTA LIFT 建立合作關係、在2015年起為 KOTOBUKI 執行座椅項目、並在2019年起與 OPEMED 合作為醫院擴展工程發展病患移位吊具系統；在2023年，他亦與 SAVARIA 的高層和房地產開發商開始合作，為亞太地區家用市場領先引入通達產品。
Ms. Natalie Tsang
Senior Manager of the Charter Smart Living Limited
Ms Tsang entered the engineering field with a BSc. in Applied Physics under CityU, then have been delivering electrical and mechanical products and services across multiple sectors for 15 years until now. Stairlift, vertical lifting platform, retractable seatings for theatre and auditorium, turntable for car, patient hoist, scissors platform, building maintenance units and crane & hoist are areas she has worked on. Now, she also possesses a qualification of Professional Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (PDOSH) under HKBU.
Ms Tsang’s strong tie with the GARAVENTA, KOTOBUKI, OPEMED which begin from the 2000s enables her to serve customer closely with best lifelong value solution as well as after-sale services. Worthy to be mentioned, she can obtain hard-to-find supplies, such as replacement parts and spares of vital equipment for customer’s past installation of service systems. With her mindset creativity and practicality, she excels at assessing customer’s demand against available resources and budget.
Moreover, with her thoughtful attention to both clients and their immediate and long-term needs, and her firm commitment to meeting environmental and regulatory requirements, she has earned deep trust of architects, consultants and established collaboration relationships with different parties in the industry.
曾女士從香港城市大學應用物理學系畢業後，她在機電產品的銷售和服務的領域深耕至今逾15年。她曾涉獵座椅升降機、直立式升降平台、伸縮看台、汽車轉盤、病患移位吊具、剪式平台、外牆維修吊船及起重吊裝系統等範疇業務。目前她亦持有香港浸會大學的職業安全及健康專業文憑。 曾女士與 GARAVENTA、KOTOBUKI 以及OPEMED（現在為ASTOR BANNERMAN旗下品牌） 自千禧年初已開始了合作工作，這讓她能為客戶提供最高生命周期價值方案並提供優質的售後服務，這包括為客戶的舊有安裝取得難以採購的關鍵替換零件。 憑她創意和務實兼具的思維，她擅長為客戶的供求和預算進行合理評估。再加上她貼切關顧客戶兼顧短期長期的需求，並有對符合環境法例要求的堅持，她獲建築師、顧問與業主的深刻信賴，亦與業界建立了各種長期合作關係。
